Firefox ftw. It's been my go-to browser since 1.0.
I also use Chrome (using right now in fact because this laptop hates Firefox) and IE when I absolutely need to.

I used Opera briefly in like 2006 or something, liked it, but went back to Firefox.
I do, however, use Opera Mobile over Android's stock browser. MASSIVE improvement there.

IE8, but I use "PORTABLES" to test when I design and or need to see the site in another form.
For those that don't know:
"Portables are softwares re-written so that you do not have to actually install the software. You just execute and it runs!"

I've stuck with Chrome for a while now. It probably isn't the best but I'm pretty used to it and I don't care enough to try the others.

Chrome.
I was on Firefox 'til recently but since I tend to jump from my desktop to my laptop and back, I like the fact that Chrome syncs for you so that your bookmarks appear on any comp if you sign in to your e-mail on a Chrome browser.
I NEED MY PORN EVERYWHERE, DAMMIT!

Re: What Browser do you use?
Firefox is definitely my go to browser ever day of the week.
No other browser has the support an abilities of Firefox.
Though Opera is my second love.
Chrome and IE will never have my love because they have outdated standards.
@Red, Firefox does that as well. With X-Marks in v3.6 and up.
Or natively in FF Beta 4

I suck with tech so that all made little sense to me.
Either way, I like the set up of the bookmarks too and the downloads.

Agreed.Rhosauce wrote:Firefox. I'm not giving up the fox for nuffin'.
If anything, I'd go Chrome, but Firefox has everything I need, is free and low resource, and minimal.

Re: What Browser do you use?
You don't want to use Chrome. It doesn't support web-standards like APNG or GIF well (limits them to 15 Frames max) and doesn't even support other standards like MHTML.
It's crazy how they can call it a Web 2.0 or New Age browser when it doesn't support all the new standards out there or all the exciting new pieces of tech that are available.
Google also has TO MUCH invested into web things like Video Codecs, Ad Techniques, and such to even be remotely trust worthy.
The web should be left to FireFox & Opera with Microsoft & Apple developing their browsers just so you have something packaged with the OS. As there is nothing right now that limits you from installing another browser.

Re: What Browser do you use?
Didn't you, at one time, champion Chrome? All that stuff now makes me want to edit my post. Crazy crazy. EVERYONE needs Firefox, as I'd like to use APNGs more often.

Re: What Browser do you use?
I never championed Chrome.
When the Chromium Engine was first announced I said it could possibly be a good thing as there was talks of making it 100% Open Source.
Though they soon changed it to only being on the BSD License so they have certain rights over it and are allowed to fill it with proprietary tech.
Google dropped the ball with it because there are obvious "self interest" aspects to Chrome that they haven't exploited yet.
